Manhattan Developments announced that The Heights on Escarpment Hill received subdivision approval from Rocky View County Council on May 20, 2025.
The development plan was prepared in accordance with the Springbank Area Structure Plan (SASP) and encompasses the full 38-acre parcel designated for development.
Construction Timeline:
Fall 2025: Earthwork and grading completed
April 2026: Waterworks Servicing Underway
May 2026: Shallow Servicing (Enmax, ATCO and Rogers)
June 2026: Road Paving
July 2026: Landscaping and Pond Completion
Fall 2026: Subdivision Endorsement and Land Title Certifications
