Subdivision Planning Approved.

Manhattan Developments is pleased to announce that The Heights received approval for its redesignation and subdivision development plan from Rocky View County Council on May 20, 2025.

The development plan—also known as the Conceptual Scheme—was prepared in accordance with the Springbank Area Structure Plan (SASP) and encompasses the full 38-acre parcel designated for development.

Construction Timeline:

• Q3 2025: Earthwork and grading scheduled to begin

• Mid-2026: Completion of services and roads anticipated
